Hakodate Mountain Hillclimb 2016
Not strictly a race, but a chance for people to ride up the normally-closed road and try to get their best time or have a chat with friends while enjoying the view.
About ten days before the event I injured my shoulder and so enjoyed taking photos of my friends as they struggled past towards the finish.
